Development or adaptations of a player for your tasks.

I offer the help in developing of TV player for Android/Windows/IOS on the basis of my practices. For example fast and budget option - to adapt the interface of my player for your task. Change a name / logo / view of the application, add missing functions, remove superfluous... But it is possible to create also completely new interface.

If you create the software, then I can offer the my Engine, which used in ProgTV/ProgDVB. It will save for you a lot of time. Sale of the separate modules or even parts of the code implementing functions necessary to you is also possible. Or even mine participation in your project in similar area. 20 years I develop digital TV applications and accumulated a lot of experience.
